We offer a full range of services for your Caravan, Motorhome or Trailer, from gas to electric’s, water to brakes.

Anglia Caravan Engineering Services is a member of the Approved Mobile Workshop Scheme, We can service your caravan or motorhome whatever the age without invalidating your manufacturer’s warranty.

The Approved Workshop Scheme is a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravanning Club. It is the benchmark for touring caravan and motorhome servicing.

To be part of the Scheme, both mobile engineers and workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and comply with the Scheme’s rigorous standards – the right things done, to a high standard, by the right people. When you choose an Approved Workshop, you can be sure that the technician working on your touring caravan or motorhome is a fully qualified servicing professional, trained to the required standards.

Anglia Caravan Engineering Services guarantee their work for a minimum of six months and take all reasonable steps to protect the validity of any unexpired warranties.

Repairs

Anglia Caravan Engineering Services (ACES) offer a comprehensive array of repairs for all makes and models of caravans and motorhomes. From appliance and chassis repairs to electrical, gas and plumbing repairs, we are also able to carry out body repairs including damp repair.

Repair labour charged at £40 per hour. As an approved Engineer Aftercare Warranty workshop, if we are called out under a claim which is authorised, we are happy to add our call out fee to that warranty repair invoice.

All work covered by 6 month warranty plus manufactuerers guarantee on parts (unless otherwise stated at time of repair)

Breakdowns

Anglia Caravan Engineering Services (ACES) offer a full breakdown service, 7 days a week covering Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We can also arrange full UK and EU Roadside Assistance to any warranty product purchased

Call outs start out at £45 which includes the first 30 minutes of repair time and as we carry a comprehensive range of spare parts for most makes and models it ensures your repair can be carried out in a timely manner to limit any down time so maximising your holiday time.

Insurance and Warranty Repairs

If you are unfortunate enough to require a quote for insurance purposes please do not hesitate to contact us, all insurance surveys and quotes carried out free of charge. We are also approved by Engineer Aftercare Warranty and Autoguard MBi to assess and undertake warranty repairs.

Accessories and additional works

We can supply an extensive range of spare parts and accessories from any of these manufacturers. 

Aerials & Satellites

We can supply and fit all makes of aerials and satellite systems including; Alden, Camos, Glomex, Status TV Antennas & Masts & Vision Plus.

Air Conditioning

We can supply and install air conditioning units from Dometic & Truma.

Batteries & Chargers

We can supply a range of leisure batteries including lead / acid, dry cell or gel batteries. We can also supply inverters to enable you to convert your 12v to 240v power. To maintain your leisure battery we can supply manufactures original replacement chargers or a range of alternatives such as the CTEK.

Motor Movers

We can supply and install Motormovers from AL-KO, Powrtouch, BPW, Reich & Truma or if you prefer we can install your own.

Replacement Caravan Windows

We offer a replacement window service, if you are able, please supply us with the Make, Model and Year of your caravan, it’s Serial number & Roxite number, along with the position of the Window on your caravan and it’s Aperture Size & Overall Size in mm. Or if you would prefer we can come out and do this for you.

Security Products

To help keep your caravan and Motorhome safe and secure we can supply; Alarms, Hitch Locks, Wheel Clamps & Locks and Trackers.

Solar Panels

A great way to maintain your leisure battery while your caravan is in storage or if you regularly camp without a hook-up facility, we can supply and install the right solar panel to meet your requirements.

Spares & Accessories

We can supply an extensive range of spare parts and accessories. Including: Water Pumps & Filters, Taps, Water Fittings, Water Heaters, Heaters, Roof Lights, Stabilisers, Jockey Wheels, Road Lights & Lenses, Wind-Out Awnings, Fire Extinguishers / Smoke Alarms, Hook-Up Leads, 12v Lighting and more .
