Auto-Sleepers Air Ford Transit Based Campervan Derby Motorhomes. Yes, it has been a long time coming to the new “Auto-Sleepers Transit Air Campervan” and will be for sale at Derby motorhomes. They are delighted to tell you about the first Ford-based campervan to be converted by the UK Auto-Sleepers manufacture in 30 years! Campervans have taken off Ford has set out to capture their market share. An ideal addition to the main Auto-Sleepers model range and the McLouis Fusion. The whole Ford Transit campervan set-up is about to be on display very soon in the Derby motorhomes indoor showroom. Customers can book an appointment very soon and become one of the first to see this great looking campervan.
Coming to Derby soon the Auto-Sleepers Air
The Auto-Sleepers Air Ford Transit Campervan is powered by the Ford 170 PS diesel engine, with an automatic transmission as an option. The colour choice is in metallic paint finishes Blue, Red, Orange or Silver. There is an executive pack to be announced shortly. The metallic finishes and decals blend in well. There will be an awning and alloy wheels to set of the looks and appearance. The sleek lines have placed the hookup and 40-litre water tanks below the eye line so, very neat indeed also, the freshwater top-up is aside from the driver’s door sidestep. The key feature is no gas bottles, it has a 15-litre LPG gas tank under the vehicle.
Ford Auto-Sleepers Air Campervan
Coming in at just under 5 metres long and with the roof down is 2,12 meters high. The pop-top is an SCA German designed roof, having a very easy to use when setting up. The SCA pop-top sleeper roof is not just super-flat by name and has a super-flat finish with detailed safety straps and fly- screens providing fresh air and light. The double bed is on gas struts for easy assembly. The Thule awning is a standard feature and fits above the habitation door. The quality of the trim has to be seen and adds that wow feeling when opening the habitation door and is complete with electric step.
Ford Auto-Sleepers Air Cab
The cab has everything that the Transit can be renowned for, sat navigation, cruise control and air conditioning. The cab includes easy access to swivel drivers and passengers seats. The habitation area has real kitchen appeal with hob and sink and plenty of storage and the rear seat converts with ease to a double bed. The rear seat caters for 3 seat belts and has the headrests as standard.
