Hill Top Caravans is a family run business based in Bideford, North Devon
In May 2011 Hill Top Caravans completed work on our fully equipped workshop, and given AWS approved status, in 2019 we were pleased to provide Engineer Aftercare Caravan warranty.
In 2015 we built three new workshops and created a new storage area, ready to begin selling caravans in 2016. In 2019 we became a registered workshop with Engineer Aftercare Ltd, to also make available their Aftercare warranty breakdown. Should a Hill Top customer need to claim under their warranty, our own workshops and engineers can undertake work needed, adding even more peace of mind for you our customer.
We offer a personal service, ensuring that our customers receive a friendly, efficient service. We will endeavour to achieve the highest standards for our customers, at all times. Your caravan/motorhome will be serviced/repaired in accordance with the Caravan Industries Code of Practice. All work is carried out by our fully trained staff, using their skill, professional judgement and care, at all times.
We are approved for warranty claims. Where any customers have an Engineer Aftercare or Autoguard warranty and the unthinkable happens, once authorised, we are able to undertake the repairs to ensure complete peace of mind for the owner.
Service & Repairs
All Services/Habitation Checks etc. are carried out in accordance with the NCC Approved Workshop Scheme.
FULL SERVICE : –
SINGLE AXLE £210 (£175 + VAT)
TWIN AXLE £234 (£195 + VAT)
MOTORHOME HABITATION CHECK £162 (£135 + VAT)
LABOUR – HOURLY RATE £48 (£40 + VAT)
Caravan and Motorhome works are undertaken, including full service, gas check, water ingress check, damp work, replacement windows, motor movers etc
Additional Faults Found Procedure:
If additional faults are found, we will notify you by telephone to discuss the options available. A written estimate can be provided, on request. Parts and components that have been replaced or renewed during the course of servicing or repair, will be available for inspection, upon collection of your caravan. On completion of a service/repair you will receive a completed service sheet/invoice, for your own records.

Storing your caravan or motorhome:
All year round storage facilities are available on site. We charge £30 (incl.VAT)/calendar month and your caravan will be stored on hard standing bases.
