Auto-Master is an independent, dealer approved workshop for servicing, electronic diagnostics and repairs of caravans, motorhomes, car & light commercial vehicles. All work is carried out on-site by our experienced team of professional experts at our fully equipped 5,500 sq. ft. service and repair facility at Llwyna Farm, Brynsadler near Pontyclun.
We are proud members of The Approved Workshop Scheme; a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club; this is the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing.
In order to be an Approved Workshop we pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and comply with the scheme’s rigorous standards. For your peace of mind, rest assured that our technician working on your tourer or motorhome is qualified to the required standards and that our work is guaranteed.
We are fully manufacturer / dealer approved, enabling warranty repairs to be undertaken without inconvenience to our customers.
As a specialist caravan and motorhome repair centre we offer a complete service of your vehicle including the base chassis and accommodation, giving you the convenience of a single point for your entire repair and servicing needs.
We also carry an extensive stock of parts for repairs and replacement to refrigeration, toilets, generators etc.
Annual Servicing:
The Camping and Caravanning Club recommends annual servicing of your caravan is carried out by properly qualified experts. Ideally this means by a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) which was set up by the Camping and Caravanning Club, the Caravan Club, and the National Caravan Council (NCC) to ensure consistent standards and good practice in the caravan repair industry.

Insurance and Warranty Repairs
Automaster is an approved workshop to offer both Engineer Aftercare warranty products to customers, but also to undertake repairs under those warranties purchased. We can evaluate repairs, then gain authority to complete them under the warranty claim, offering complete peace of mind for our customers buying Engineer Aftercare cover.
Rest assured – Auto-Master is an authorised workshop with an enviable reputation for carrying out fully approved, quality repairs on behalf of motorhome and caravan insurers. We also work in conjunction with appliance manufacturers to make sure all warranties are complied with. Plus, any body repair completed by us comes with our own guarantee of quality.
Our team are fully qualified and factory trained to undertake your repairs. All repairs, including paint refinishing, are carried out in our own workshops. This means that all work is controlled by us, and we do not have to rely on third parties; an important consideration when choosing your repairer.
If you need any help with your insurance procedure we are happy to help, we’ll even speak to any assessor appointed by your insurance company to view the damage if required. You can even e mail us images of the damage to your vehicle and we may be able to provide your estimate based on those, depending on the severity of the damage.
